Audio from the NJSEA April 11, 2019 meeting.  At 2:47:43 a series of questions are asked about the escrows held for capping, the revenue being generated from the landfill.  The conclusion of the public at the end of the meeting was that the Commissioners of the NJSEA were not going to close the landfill despite the very emotional statements made by residents about the health affects of the hydrogen sulfide gas being released from the Keegan Landfill.
