Capping Keegan's Sister Site

 The  NJDEP took over operation of the Fenimore Landfill in Roxbury New  Jersey when the landfill started emitting hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gas.   This video featuring Mark Pedesen, an Assistant Commisioner of the NJ  DEP, explaining the capping process and filtration of H2S gas.
